Instant Paneer-Matar Palak
Ingredients
For gravy
1/2 lb spinach leaves
1 medium tomato
2 inch ginger
2 green chili
For Dish
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 pound frozen cubed paneer
1 cup peas
1 tbsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp salt
Method
Put all the ingredients for the gravy in a blender
Make a thick puree.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
Pour in the puree and sauté for a min
Add in paneer, peas, salt & kitchen king masala and bring to boil
Cover and let simmer for 10 mins till paneer almost doubles in size.
Ready in jiffy!
Prep time: 5mins
Cook time: 15mins
