Paneer Bhurji


 Ingredients

1/2 lb Paneer

1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)

1 onion

2 green chilies

1 inch piece of ginger 

1 tomato

1 tsp cumin seeds


Powdered spices

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp tumeric powder

1 tsp kitchen king masala


Garnish

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander


Method

Chop onions, chilies, ginger & tomato into fine pieces


In a pan heat ghee, add in cumin seeds

Once they splutter, add the onions, ginger & chilies

Saute well till onion is soft and translucent. 

Add in tomato and continue to saute.

Once the mix is mushy, add all the powdered spices

Mix in the crumbled paneer with 1/2 cup water


Let simmer on medium heat for 10 mins till water dries out

Take off and garnish with coriander.


Serve hot with chapatis
