Cod fish cutlets

Ingredients
1/2 pound cod fish
1 small finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp rice flour

Oil for frying
Rice rawa for frying

Method
Chop the cod fish into tiny pieces. You can mince it too, but the small chunks make it more flavorful in every bite.
Mix all the ingredients except oil & rice rawa to make a nice mince mix.
Make small balls

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, coat it well.
Roll each ball in rice rawa and place on the pan
Press to flatten

Let cook for 5 mins on medium heat
Flip each cutlet and put some oil
Let cook for 2 mins
If preference is for crispier version, keep bit longer but be careful not to burn it.
