Matki Sprouts

Ingredients
1 cup matki

Method
Day 1
Soak matki in water overnight

Day 2
In the morning drain the water
Wash the matki well
Add more water and keep for soaking

At night, drain the water
Pour the matki in a colander
Cover and keep overnight

Day 3
Sprouts should be ready

Yields: 2.5 cups sprouted matki

Notes: In cold regions, place covered colander in oven with oven light on.
