Aji Verde (Spicy Peruvian green sauce)
Ingredients
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 jalapeƱos
1 cup fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 tsp pepper powder

1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
In a food processor combine jalapeƱos, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper & lime juice
Blend till a thick paste is ready
Add in the mayo & yogurt.
Pulse till integrated
Keep the processor running and slowly drip in the olive oil
Refrigerate for upto a week
