Blistered Shishito Peppers


Ingredients
1/2 lb shishito peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt

Method
Heat the pan till it is smoking
Reduce the heat to medium
Toss the shishito peppers into the pan
Let the peppers blister slightly
Keep flipping them in the pan and blister on all sides slowly
Can take upto 10mins

Take off heat
Add oil & salt in the pan
Toss the peppers till well coated
