Aaloo Palak



Ingredients
1 cup sliced potato
2 cups chopped spinach
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil

Method
In a pan heat oil
Add cumin seeds & turmeric powder
Once the cumin splutters add potato & salt
Cover and cook on medium flame for 5 mins
Add spinach leaves & mix well
Cook for another 5 mins till the spinach shrivels up
