Recheado Pompano
Ingredients
2 lb pompano
2 tbsp recheado masala
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp water
Method
Clean the pompano
Slice it to horizontally to make a inside pockets
Make slits on both sides
Apply the marinade well and stuff inside too
Keep aside for atleast 1 hour
Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Grease a baking tray and place the marinated fish
Spray oil on the fish
Bake for 35 mins
Change setting to broil, keep for 3 mins
Serve hot with salad
