Rawa ladoo



Ingredients 

1.5 cups semolina (rawa)

4 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)

1/4 cardamom powder

3 tbsp milk


Method

Dry roast the rawa in a pan on medium flame 

Take off when it starts to change color slightly and let cool. 


Now in the same pan heat ghee to melt.

Add raisins and fry.

Take off the flame and keep it aside. 


Add the rawa to the heated ghee slowly and stir well.

Add in sugar & cardamom powder and mix thouroghly.


Once the mixture cools down a bit, sprinkle warmed milk.

Start rolling into baIls
