Methi Aaloo


Ingredients

1 cup sliced potato
1 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala 
1 tbsp oil

Method
In a pan heat oil
Add cumin seeds & turmeric powder
Once the cumin splutters add potato & salt
Cover and cook on medium flame for 5 mins or till the potato is cooked
Add methi leaves, kitchen king masala & mix well
Cook for another 5 mins till the methi leaves shrivel up
