Artichoke Spinach Dip

 

Ingredients 

4 oz. cream cheese, well softened

1/8 cup sour cream

1/8 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced

1/3 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Pepper

7 oz can artichoke hearts,

3 oz. spinach


Method


Drain the liquid from artichoke can 

Squeeze artichokes to drain excess liquid and chop into small pieces

Chop spinach leaves into small pieces


Preheat oven to 350 deg C

Mix all the ingredients together

Spray a baking tray with oil

Spread the mix in the tray and bake for 20 mins


Serve hot with chips, crostini, cucumber slices
