Squid masala

Ingredients 

1/2 lb squid rings

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp recheado masala

Sprig of curry leaves

2 tbsp Oil for sauté


Method

Mix 1 tbsp recheado masala with salt

Toss squids in the mix and keep aside for 10 mins


Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan

Keep pan on high heat and sauté squids for 2 mins

Take off on a serving platter


In the same pan heat the remaining oil

Add the curry leaves and sauté for a min

Add the recheado masala and sauté well for 3 mins

Add water to required consistency and let heat for a min

Pour over the sautéed squids


Serve right away.
