Apple Dry Fruit Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 big apples
  • 2 tspn cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1.5 cups white sugar 
  • 2 cups wheat flour 
  • 1 pinch baking powder 
  • 1 tspn baking soda 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 3/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 1 cup pecans, raisins, almonds, pistas

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Grease and flour two 8 inch cake pans.

Mix all wet ingredients together and beat evenly
Mix all dry ingredients together
Fold mixture of dry items into wet mixture
Peel and chop the apples.
Stir in dry fruits & apples into the mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
