Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients
1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin seeds
2 finely chopped green chillies
3 curry leaves
1 potato chopped into fine pieces
1/2 cup peanuts ground to small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp oil

Method

Previous night
Soak sabudana in water for 30 mins
Pour out the water mix in salt
Leave covered overnight

In the morning
Heat 1 tsp oil in a vessel and add cumin seeds.
Once they splutter, add the green chillies & curry leaves
Add the potatoes, close and let cook till the potatoes are soft
Add the sabudana and mix well
Add the remaining oil and mix in the peanuts
Cook covered on sim for a minute
