Vanilla Buttercream frosting

Ingredients
16 tbsp unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened (not melted)
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk

Method
Beat butter for a few minutes using a hand mixer on medium speed.
Add 3 cups of powdered sugar and mix well.
Start mixer on lowest speed and slowly increase to medium and add vanilla extract, salt, and 2 tablespoons of milk
Beat for 3 minutes.

If your frosting needs a more stiff consistency (for decoration), add more sugar.
If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add more milk 1 tablespoons at a time
