Roasted pumpkin seeds
Ingredients
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp salt
4 cups water
1/2 tspn paprika
1 tspn olive oil
Method
Take water, salt & pumpkin seeds in a vessels and heat
Bring the water to boil and then simmer for 10 mins.
Switch off the heat and let sit for 10 mins
Drain the water.
This helps the salt go inside the shell and give an overall flavor
Preheat oven to 400 deg C
Toss the seeds in oil & paprika and place in a single layer on a baking tray
Bake for 20 mins
Cool and store in airtight box. A yummy snack is ready!
