Ganache

Ingredients
2 oz special dark chocolate minis
1/2 cup heavy cream

Method
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put in a bowl
Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 1-2 mins. It should not boil over
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts and a smooth mix is ready

Notes
To decorate cakes/ dessert, can be poured over to create a smooth layer

Or wait a while for ganache to thicken to use as a spread 

You can substitute cream with whole milk
