Chocolate Truffle Pie

Ingredients
1.5 cups powdered chocolate graham cracker
1/4 cup butter
10 oz Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks

Method
In a pie dish warm the butter
Mix in the powdered graham cracker
Set it in a thin later in the pie dish

In a double boiler warm chocolate till it melts; stir continuously
Slowly pour in the cream and mix
Once well integrated, add one yolk at a time and mix quickly
Keep the mix on low heat to cook and slightly thicken
Pour into the prepared pie dish

Refrigerate for atleast 3 hours before serving.


Note: since I don't have a double boiler, I easily managed by placing a thick bottom vessel with water on heat; placed a thin steel bowl on top in which to mix the chocolate & egg yolks etc.
