Fish Canapés

Ingredients
15 mini fillo shells
1 tilapia fillet
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp siracha sauce
handful mint leaves
2 garlic pods

Garnishing
scallion tops
siracha sauce

Method
Apply salt and pepper to the tilapia fillet
Pan fry the tilapia till well cooked

Add all the ingredients except the fillo shells in a food processor.
Blend well to integrate and puree.

Put a dollop of the mix in each shell
Garnish with scallions & siracha sauce.
Serve cold.
