1 lb brussel sprouts
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Method 
Shred the brussel sprouts 
Mix in all the rest of the ingredients 
Chill in refrigerator for 30 mins
Ideal side for any summer meal
