Hassleback potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium sized golden potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
4 tbsp oil
Cheese slices
Cilantro for garnishing

Method
Finely slice the potatoes but not upto the base
Keep the skin on.
Mix salt, rosemary & garlic in the oil

Preheat oven to 450 deg F
Place the potatoes in a greased baking tray
Pour oil mix on the potatoes
Try to get the mix between the slices if possible

Place the potato in the oven for 30 mins
Take out and carefully try to spread out the potato
Scoop the oil mix from the pan and pour over the potato
Place in oven for 20 mins
Take out and squeeze pieces of cheese slices between the potato slices
Bake for another 5 mins or till the cheese melts

Serve hot garnished with cilantro
