Dhayatle Fov (Poha in Yogurt)


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Poha
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp salt
  • raisins and coriander leaves for garnishing
Method

Wash the poha well, drain out the access water. Mix 1/2 tsp salt and keep aside

Mash the Banana
Mix all ingredients well except pohe and coriander

        Once consistent, add Pohe and mix

Serve garnished with coriander
