Sungta Kismoor (Dry Shrimp Salad)
- 1 cup dry shrimp
- 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 finely chopped chillies
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Method
Fry the dry shrimps till crispy
Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
Note: if the ingredients are mixed and left for long, the shrimps will get soggy and ruin the taste
