Dosa
Ingredients
1 cup rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1 tsp methi
Method
Mix all the above and soak in water for 4-5 hours
Grind the mix and keep covered overnight
The flour will usually rise and almost double in quantity.
In winter, place the bowl in the warmest spot in the kitchen.
Next morning add 1 tsp salt, mix well
Add water if required.
Heat a pan, pour the batter and spread into a thin dosa
Once done, fold and serve hot with garlic coconut chutney
