Garlic Coconut chutney

Ingredients

2 cups grated coconut
4 garlic pods
4 peppercorns
2 spicy dry chilies
4 kashmiri chilies
small ball of tamarind
1 tsp salt

Method
Mix in all the ingredients
Add in 1/2 cup hot water and blend into a thick paste
Add in more water based on the consistency you need.


Serve as a side with Idli or Dosa
