Sun-dried Tomato dip

Ingredients

4 sun dried tomatoes oil packed
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup low fat yogurt
3/4 cup sour cream light

Method
Put all ingredients except yogurt & sour cream in a blender and blend till smooth
Pour into a bowl and mix in the yogurt & sour cream
Refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving
