Smoked Salmon dip

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
6 oz smoked salmon chopped
1/4 cup capers
2 tbsp scallion chopped
2 tsp dill chopped
1 tsp wochestshire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
4 tbsp lemon juice



Method
Put all ingredients in a processor and blend well


Serve with chips or can be used as a bagel spread


Can be refrigerated for a week.
