Creamy Chocolate cake


Ingredients 

1 cup of ghirardelli dark melting wafers 
1 tbsp butter
6 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup ganache
1/4 cup cocoa powder 

Method
In a bowl add butter and the chocolate wafers
Heat water in another bowl and place the chocolate bowl over till the chocolate and butter melt

Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Grease a 10” spring form pan and keep ready

Separate the egg yolks and whites in 2 bowls
Whip the egg whites till fluffy & hard peaks form
Add sugar to the yolks and beat till creamy white
Add in the flour and mix well
Add in the melted chocolate and mix till incorporated 
Finally pour in the fluffy egg whites and mix well

Pour the mix into the spring form pan
Bake for 10mins

Let cool 
Pour ganache over and chill for 10 mins to set
Dust with cocoa powder
Slice & serve
