Cilantro Lamb chops



Ingredients 

1/2 lb lamb chops


For marinade 

1/2 cup cilantro

2 green chilis 

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil


For searing

1 tsp oil

1 tsp butter


For side

1/2 cup Grated carrots

1/2 cup peas


Method

Mix all the ingredients listed under marinade and blend into a rough paste

Apply marinade to the lamb chops and keep aside for 4 hrs 


Heat a pan on high flame

Once smoking, add oil & butter

Lower heat to medium flame


Place the lamb chops on the pan

Let sear for 4 mins

Flip and sear for 3 mins


Take out on a plate and put a blob on butter on each lamb chop. Let sit for 15 mins before serving.


In the same pan add the carrots and peas

Sprinkle some salt and sauté for 5 mins.

Take off and serve hot as a side.
