Instant Chicken Korma
Ingredients
Saute
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sliced ginger
6 cloves of garlic sliced
2 tbsp cashew pieces
2 onion julienne cut
Pressure cook
2 lb frozen boneless chicken
2 tomatoes quartered
1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt
Garnish
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Method
Set the Instant Pot in saute mode
Add all ingredients under Saute list and cook till onions are translucent
Add in the ingredients under Pressure cook section
Cook on high pressure for 10 mins
Let the pressure release by itself
Open the pot and remove the chicken pieces.
Chop the chicken to required sized pieces
With a immersion blender, blend the gravy in the Instant pot
Add back the chopped chicken
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or chapatis

1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp garam masala1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt

Add all ingredients under Saute list and cook till onions are translucent
Add in the ingredients under Pressure cook section
Cook on high pressure for 10 mins
Let the pressure release by itself
