Pumpkin kheer (pudding)
Ingredients
4 cups pumpkin purée
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tspn cardamom powder
1 tspn nutmeg powder
1/2 cup slivered almonds, pistachios
Method
Heat milk & bring to boil
Add the pumkin purée and mix well
Simmer for 5 mins and then add sugar
Close & simmer till it reduces to half
Switch off heat.
Add cardamom, nutmeg, almonds & pistachios
