Pumpkin purée

Ingredients
Sugar pumpkin

Method 1
Preheat oven to 400 deg C
Slice the pumpkin into half and remove all seeds
Place in a baking tray, skin side up with 1 inch water
Bake for 40 mins
Scoop out the meat and purée till smooth

Method 2
Slice the pumpkin into half and remove all seeds
Place in a cooker for 3 whistles
Scoop out the meat and purée till smooth
