Kheema Uthappa

Ingredients
1/2 cup kheema
1 cup dosa batter
ghee

Method
Heat skillet and put a little ghee.
Pour a thick layer of dosa batter
Top with kheema
Let cook for 5 mins
Flip and let cook for another 2 mins

Makes 4 small uthappas
