Sausage bun


Ingredients 

Stuffing 

1 tsp oil

3 eggs

1 garlic pods

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese 

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

4 Turkey sausage links

1 pack pillsbury crescent roll


Method

For the stuffing

Finely chop the garlic & spinach


In a bowl beat eggs 

Add salt & pepper


Heat a skillet 

Add 1 tsp oil and once hot add the Garlic and sauté

Pour in the egg mixture once garlic is lightly browned

Cook for 3 mins on medium flame 

Add in the spinach and cook for another 2 mins

Take off the heat, mix in the goat cheese


For the Pie

Preheat oven to 375 deg F 

Roll out the pillsbury dough on a greased baking tray 

Arrange 2 triangles together and roll to make a rectangle

Put the scrambled egg mixture

Top it with a sausage link

Fold the dough


Bake for 20 mins
