Butter Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic pods
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice

For garnishing
scallion tops

Method
Clean and wash shrimp
Apply salt and keep aside

Slice the garlic pods.
In a pan heat olive oil and butter.
Add in sliced garlic and black pepper and saute
Add in the shrimp and stir.
Once the shrimp is cooked mix in the lemon juice.

Chop the scallion tops and use to garnish. Serve hot
