Chocolate Lava Mug cake

Ingredients 

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp while wheat flour
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 Dark Chocolate cubes frozen 

Method 

In a small bowl, beat an egg. 
Mix in flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, and oil. 
Put 1 spoon of the mix  in 2 mugs
Put the chocolate cubes 
Divide the rest of the mix between the 2 cups
Microwave on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute 
Serve immediately
