Pudina dahi chutney


Ingredients 
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cilantro 
1 cup mint leaves
1 green chili
Salt to taste

Method
Purée all the ingredients except yogurt & salt in a blender
Make a smooth paste
In a bowl beat the yogurt for 2 mins to remove any lumps
Add the purée, salt and mix well

Great accompaniment to a lot of kabab appetizers
